• Our reception is open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
  For all guests who check in until that time we offer a “Welcoming & Porter” service. After that time guests can choose between “Self Check in” or otherwise request a dedicated ‘Welcoming & Porter” service at an additional charge.
  

• Considering the self-contained type of our rooms, we do not offer housekeeping service on a daily basis, but offer it according to the length of your stay instead.
  

• Our Pool & Sundeck is open during the high season. The actual opening and closing period may vary according to this year's specific weather conditions.
  

• Parking facilities on request. It is recommended to reserve it well in advance of arrival, given the limited number of spaces.
  

• A baby cot is available for children under 3 years. Extra charges apply.
  

• For multiple reservations (more than 3 rooms), booking policies may change. For group bookings, please contact us.

• Cancellation is free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. Within the 30 days threshold the cancellation penalty is equal to 100% of the booking amount.
